Bio

Tom began his musical career playing guitar and singing with the band Misunderstood.

After graduating from high school, he moved to Greensboro NC and played with the popular soul band Chocolate Funk. While playing with Chocolate Funk, the band opened and shared the stage at Greensboro Coliseum with famed bands such as The Ohio Players, Earth, Wind & Fire, The Isley Brothers and Confunkshion. Tom also recorded with country music’s Gwen Biddix in conjunction with the late Archie Campbell of Hee-Haw.

Next, the band Instant Replay formed, allowing Tom to be on the road and travel throughout the southeast.

Back home for a bit, he once again took to the stage with The Central Park Band performing up and down the East Coast. Tom is a co-founder of The Central Park Band. The Central Park Band recorded 6 original hits. Tom wrote, recorded and released the originals “You Don’t Know” and “Parda'”.

You can now see him entertaining with The North Tower Band out of Raleigh NC.

Never putting the guitar down much, he continually comes up with new songs and is always playing for those who enjoy.
